They charged us 55€ in city tax for only two nights, and it didn't feel reasonable or clearly explained. The deposit was supposed to come back within 10 working days, according to the receptionist, but it took 35 days and a dispute with my bank to get it returned. The bathroom shower had no door. Water got everywhere, and the only towel was so small we had to put it on the floor. After a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. We also found dust, dirt, and even a lighter under the bed, so the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. From the first day, the receptionist was extremely rude, and communication was unprofessional and unpleasant. When I contacted the hotel about these problems, the staff were still rude and no help at all. I almost never write reviews, but I expect a hotel to meet the positive energy you bring on holiday. This place ruined the experience. I wouldn't recommend it for the poor cleanliness, misleading information, and terrible customer service.
