The most shocking part was a broken outlet hanging open with exposed wires that weren’t insulated with electrical tape. The walls were cracked and visibly damp, and everything seemed broken. I stayed one night in July, and the place was in terrible shape and poorly maintained. It smelled musty, and I’d rather not get into the furnishings. It was dirty and dusty, with spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Some lightbulbs were burned out, there was no hand soap, and there were no shampoo or shower gel packets. The photos on the website aren’t accurate and should be taken down. This needs a thorough renovation. I’m leaving this review so nobody else stays here until the place is cleaned up and renovated. There wasn’t a bar or restaurant within walking distance.

We arrived, saw the condition of the place, left, and booked somewhere else. It’s in disrepair and badly maintained. The website photos look like paradise, but this was the worst property I’ve ever seen. I strongly advise against it. The children’s pool felt risky: all the grates were broken, there were boards with rusty screws, and the marble edges inside the pool were dangerous. The apartment was outdated and dirty, with a sewer smell, mold, and damaged raised floors. The bathrooms were filthy too. An absolutely negative review. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

The apartment was clean apart from the ants in the kitchen, and having a pool was a big plus. The area itself was quiet, though planes did fly overhead. We stayed a few days and found it okay. The 6-inch TV kept our child entertained, but the hot water ran out after 15 minutes, which we liked a lot less.

The owners have dogs, and theirs played in the garden with mine. I’m grateful to them for that, and for their hospitality. My son Davide and I, with my German Shepherd Laika, had a truly wonderful week. We relaxed, had fun, and ate really well at the many restaurants near Miano. I’m originally from Naples, specifically Pozzuoli, so it was a lovely holiday. The apartment rental was in a wonderful place, with a beautiful view and a great pool. It’s certainly not Olympic-sized, but it was very nice, clean, and well kept, as was the rest of the property. I stayed for a week from August 10th to the 17th, if I remember correctly. We’d planned to come as five adults and a dog, but my wife’s work got in the way, so in the end my son and I went with our dog. There are a few little things that need fixing in the property and the apartment we stayed in, but they’re minor. I was on vacation and didn’t bother with them. I’m also someone who adapts easily.
