The full suite was really spacious, and the terrace opened right onto the street. One night I got up to use the loo and peek outside. There was a live band playing on the steps across the street at 3:30a, but we hadn't heard a thing inside! We stayed four nights a couple of weeks ago, and this was the BEST place of our two-week trip. The host was delightful and so friendly. I loved hearing about his life and what brought him to run this BnB. My only regret is that we didn't have breakfast until our last morning. I'd stay here a million times over and can't recommend it enough!

The proprietor was the nicest and most helpful person we met during our 11-day stay in Italy. The breakfast was nice too, with fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, and pastries. It's a great central location. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy at first, but I believe it was pretty safe. It's not fancy, but the rate was very reasonable, and you get what you pay for. A nice choice for a night or two.

The host was very nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect for what we needed to do and see. But I don't think the place deserves its high ratings. The rooms were dirty, the shower was moldy, and the noise was awful. At 7:30am, when other guests started breakfast, it sounded like they were right in our room. At night the bar downstairs kept us awake. Breakfast was very basic.

The a/c didn't work, and the receptionist kept saying he'd fix it but did nothing during our 4 day stay. On the last day he wouldn't even answer his phone, so there was nobody we could reach. We spent the night with no a/c and couldn't sleep. In this weather, it was literally the worst scenario.

The rooms were very clean, and the place was bright and spacious. The hosts were friendly, and many thanks to Tanya for the delicious breakfast! It's perfectly located for exploring the centro storico of Naples. We'll definitely choose il Conservatorio again on our next visit to Napoli.
