We were traveling with friends, and the apartment was clean and centrally located near Spaccanapoli. Getting inside was a frustrating start: the code wouldn’t open the door, and when we called the number provided, the man said the code worked and that he couldn’t stay on his phone. He sounded very annoyed, saying he had 40 other apartments to rent. We tried calling again, but he didn’t answer. Then they texted asking us to let them know whether there was a set of keys. The apartment itself was clean, but the customer service left us perplexed.

Bright and clean, with everything I needed in the room. The location was excellent too.

The place was spotless and nicely organized, and it sits right in the heart of Naples. You can walk to Spaccanapoli, the Naples Underground, Piazza del Gesú, and the Chapel of San Severo. Highly recommend it.
