Roberta was the best part of our Home33 stay. She kept sharing tips and advice so we could have a great time in Naples, and we did. The room was large, clean, and nicely decorated, with great facilities. The location is central, near the ferry harbour and underground station, and only a two-minute walk from via Toledo, the galleria, and the San Carlo Theatre. I highly recommend Roberta's place.

Roberta was a huge plus for this place. She sent clear, detailed self check-in directions and great suggestions for food and places to visit. The stay was only a couple of days, so we didn't see everything, but we're inspired to return to Naples soon, and I'd definitely stay here again. We picked it for being so close to the San Carlo Theatre, and the location was great for getting around while still quiet and peaceful. I didn't hear street noise. The accommodation had a well-equipped shared kitchen and lounge, a washer and iron, and even a hair dryer with a diffuser, which was a first for me. Thank you, Roberta, you're a great ambassador for Naples ❤️

Roberta was kind and sorted out any problems quickly. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped, with a style women will love. The location is excellent too, within walking distance of the subway, Via Toledo, the Royal Palace, and more. I recommended it to a friend and she stayed here as well. The central location was about the only redeeming feature of my stay at Roberta's apartment in Napoli. The room was much less clean than expected: the cleaning lady used the same rag indiscriminately, leaving surfaces grimy, and the bed's fabric back and mattress were visibly dirty. After a few days, the mattress discomfort became more noticeable. Roberta didn't resolve these concerns. Though she said she could help, her replies were just standard recommendations over WhatsApp. There was also a troubling checkout issue. I followed the 10:00 AM checkout time, but when I asked to use the bathroom at 10:30 AM, the cleaning lady refused. The host defended that and suggested using a nearby restaurant restroom instead. This was especially disappointing and disrespectful treatment toward a pregnant woman. With the poor cleanliness and unsympathetic response from both the cleaning staff and host, I can't recommend the apartment. A clean, hospitable environment is a basic expectation, and this place fell short.
