If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep while seeing Naples or visiting Pompeii, it's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, and there's a shared fridge and freezer outside. The listing mentioned free toiletries, bathrobes, and a safe, but we got a towel, a poor shower, and no safe. It's on the fourth floor, with a small lift. The tiny balcony looks down onto dirty streets, not the landmark view described. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children: it's four flights of stairs, and a buggy won't fit in the lift. The street isn't especially pleasant and can be loud at night.

The rooms and location were nice, just a few steps from the old town. But we weren't given towels. When we asked, they said the laundry was late, that they'd contact the administration, and would get back to us. We heard nothing for three days, until we left. Payment through the Vikey app also came to about €8 more than the Booking.com price.

This is definitely a tourist trap. On arrival, I found the room hadn't been cleaned. I contacted Chiara, who apologized and said there was no cleaning service that day, despite having kept in touch about my arrival. She told me to leave and then canceled the Booking reservation.

We'd booked and paid two weeks earlier, but when we got into the building, the room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. We contacted the host and got a brief message telling us to leave because cleaning wasn't available that day. They'd already charged us the cleaning fee, too, and offered no solution. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room was filthy, with a clogged bathroom sink and black hairs in the shower. It looked nothing like the photos, and we found a cup with cigarettes under the bed. The host couldn't have cared less when we complained. Do NOT stay here!
