Really good value for the location, just minutes from the metro, buses, bars, shops, cafes, and restaurants, with Quatieri Spagnoli a short walk away. Our room was spacious and spotless, and the coffee capsules were much appreciated in the morning. The man at reception, sorry I didn’t catch his name, was very helpful and shared lots of tips for local sights and places to eat. The one downside in room 301 was the window, which barely opened. A very noisy family staying right above us scraped furniture and dropped things late at night, waking us a few times. That was outside Delco’s control, so we didn’t report it. We were very pleased with our choice overall.

Very good value for a new building, in a great spot for a big city like Napoli. There are lots of facilities nearby, and shops and good restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. Garibaldi central station is easy to reach, as is the beach side, Lungo Mare.

Massimo was amazing and really helpful. We stayed four nights and everything went well. The room was large, clean, and modern, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The location is perfect, in a good, safe neighborhood. I’d recommend staying here 100%. One tip: call Massimo before you arrive in Napoli, and he can arrange a taxi at a better price 😊

The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The area felt very safe, and from here we could walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and museums. Thanks for the hospitality, I’d definitely stay again next time I’m in Naples.
