The manager left treats for us and helped carry our luggage to the room. It was cute and clean, and the location was great, within walking distance of the Metro Train, food, and shopping. The price was very decent too. I arrived very late and didn’t communicate well with management because I had no international phone service, but they still gave me a room. My apologies for that. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s no elevator, which could be hard for older people. It’s a great place to stay.

They stayed in touch through WhatsApp from the moment I booked, and the service was nice. They also offered airport pickup for 22€, which worked well since I was arriving late. My family room was like an apartment, with all the kitchen equipment needed to cook and eat at “home.” The location was perfect too, with all the sights within walking distance, about 10-20 minutes away.

The room was clean and had all the amenities we could want, and it was conveniently close to the train station. The staff were warm, hospitable, and incredibly helpful. Check-in went smoothly, and their recommendations were great. They made our time in Naples even more lovely.

The Napolitan family who runs this apartment made us feel right at home, and Gennaro shared lots of useful suggestions. We stayed in a cozy, comfortable place on the second floor of a historic building, close to Piazza Dante and many of the city's main sights.

Gennaro and the rest of the staff were lovely, and the room was really clean. We also got great restaurant recommendations. The location is handy, close to Piazza Gesu Novo and Piazza Dante. I’d definitely stay here in Napoli again!
