We loved all the details at your hotel. It was amaizing, and thanks so much for the service. To Kelvis Zurita and Marieska.

The room was modern, clean and nice, and the terrace had a lovely view. What made things difficult was the climb to and from the city center. There are sooooo many stairs, and by the time we got back from town we were sweaty and exhausted. Even taking a taxi meant carrying our luggage up the stairs to reach it. The neighborhood also isn't very pleasant for walking. I've attached a photo of the stairs outside the building that you have to climb.

Breakfast was good, and the window had an amaizing view. There was no private parking, despite the listing saying there was, so we had to look for a spot on the street, which wasn't easy. The walk from the center is long.

I booked BeB la veduta late one evening, then the airline canceled my flight the following afternoon because of strikes in Italy. I had only made the booking a few hours earlier and had no other way to get there, so I politely asked them not to charge me for the cancellation since it wasn't my fault. They didn't even answer my message, just rejected the request. I'm very unhappy with how BeB la veduta treated me, and I won't book with them again. They didn't act with any humanity.
