We only stayed one night, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The location was excellent. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and very spacious for two, with a well-equipped private bathroom.

For events at Arena Flegrea, the location works really well, with both the train and metro stations nearby. The welcome and helpfulness were impeccable. My room was very comfortable, the minibar was well stocked, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was generous and high quality. I was very satisfied. Thank you so much.

We spent three days there over Epiphany, and the room was extremely dirty. There was no daily cleaning, not even in the bathrooms. With three adults and two children, being told that cleaning only happens after the fourth day of a stay is absurd. Our towels weren’t changed until after day four, so everyone had to use the same towel for four days. We were also left with just one roll of toilet paper for the whole time. The sheets and blankets were stained and dirty too. They gave us breakfast coupons that morning, but the bar was closed on January 6, 2024, so we missed a breakfast we had paid for. I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.
