Check-in and check-out were very straightforward, and the staff were kind. The room looked really nice and was good. Just remember to bring toiletries, including tissues, since the room only had toilet paper. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room. The location was okay, though I’d rather get back before nighttime.

The location is on a really picturesque street in Sanità, just a three-minute walk from the historic Concettina pizzeria, where we had an excellent dinner. I did wish I could’ve parked closer, but I suppose that’s a small trade-off. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Naples. I rarely give five stars, but this B&B earned them. The bed was so comfortable, with one quality double mattress rather than two singles pushed together, and all the linens were top quality. The design, cleanliness, and attention to detail are clear as soon as you enter. Breakfast included a box of two pastries from the Poppella pastry shop, and they were special. Everyone I dealt with in person or by chat or phone was thorough, kind, and helpful. I also had no trouble getting a company invoice, which is unusual for B&Bs here. The bathroom is comfortable, and the shower is good quality and big enough for two.

Right in the heart of Naples, the location is excellent. Breakfast was at the famous Poppella pastry shop, with a ticket provided by the property, and it was very good. The B&B is well maintained, but the owners’ care and passion are what make it stand out. Our room was spacious and spotless, had all the essentials, and came with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We’ll definitely return.
