It was hard to sleep because the hotel is in the city's commercial center and there was a lot of noise at night. Our room was much smaller than the pictures suggested, and the bed was worn out, with the mattress dipping in the middle. The whole place felt tired. For the same price, there are better options in the old town where we'd stayed before. There isn't a reception, so it felt like an Airbnb without the benefits of one. Sadly, I can't recommend it.

The room was spotless, with a spacious bathroom and all the comforts we needed. It has its own entrance, a fridge, and a coffee maker. The owner and Maria were incredibly kind and went out of their way to meet our requests. It's in a convenient spot just outside Toledo metro station and about 10 minutes from Piazza Plebiscito.

The apartment had everything we needed, especially comfortable beds and pillows. The owner and Mrs. Maria were lovely, kind, welcoming, and attentive to everything we needed. It's very central, close to Via Toledo and Piazza Plebiscito, so it's easy to explore on foot or get around by metro.

Carmen even booked us a taxi to the airport for 5 a.m., and took all the care needed for the Covid situation. Her kindness and helpfulness deserve my five-star rating. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with every comfort. It's central but quiet, only 10 steps from the Toledo metro station, and handy for getting to Naples' most interesting sights. It was a pleasure staying with you, Carmen. Thanks again, and see you soon.

I've stayed here several times, and it's always been a great choice. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. It's right in central Naples, very close to Toledo metro station, which makes it easy to enjoy the city. I highly recommend it.
