The owner was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and the location is great, about 400 meters from the MATERDEI metro stop. Still, I wouldn’t recommend this B&B because I noticed a lot of neglect. The rooms were furnished and maintained well, but ours was extremely hot because the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was also very cold, and they gave us an extra blanket. The shared bathrooms were shabby, with limescale-covered faucets and a false ceiling above the sink that looked ready to fall. They had Vidal shower gels in the shower and tub rather than individual shower gels or soaps for each room, which I found absurd. We stayed two nights, but neither the room nor the bathroom was made up. We were lucky to be alone, but I wondered what it would be like if every room were occupied. There was no breakfast or housekeeping, so for the price, I don’t think it’s worth it. The kitchen and large refrigerator were nice, but the moldy ceiling made the kitchen unusable in my opinion. It’s a shame, as the owner is really nice, but the place needs a makeover and more attention to detail.

We stayed over Christmas, and the property looked just like the photos, welcoming, beautiful, and spotless. The owners were fantastic, helpful, and extremely kind. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful, and ready on time. I’d definitely return and highly recommend staying here in Naples.

After spending ten days here, I’m certain I’ve found an exceptional B&B and will return. Claudio and Rosaria clearly put a lot of care into their work. They were happy to handle any request and did even more than my reservation called for. When I arrived, they picked me up at the station so I didn’t have to pay for a taxi. A double room became available early, and they gave it to me instead of the single I had booked, at no extra cost. The place was clean and they paid attention to small details. There’s a metro stop 150 meters away, plus kitchen use, air conditioning, a small terrace, and everything needed for laundry and ironing.

We had an unforgettable holiday. The property is beautiful, the service was perfect, and the staff were fantastic. It’s also in a good area for getting around Naples, with the Materdei metro stop nearby. We’ll return.

Rosaria, the owner, is an angel, so kind and helpful. My room was beautiful and very clean, breakfast was excellent, and the location was convenient, close to the metro. I had a great time and will definitely be back!
