We felt at home from the warm welcome, and the place is right in the center. Everything was clean and modern, and both the private terrace and the large terrace were lovely. I really recommend it.

The room was very clean, and the price was excellent for what you get. I especially liked the kitchenette, modern bathroom, and spacious shared rooftop terrace with an outdoor shower to cool off. Many thanks to the owner, who was so kind and helped me receive my lost luggage after an airport courier dropped it off while I was away. I had a super stay at Terrazza Annunziata.

The apartment is well placed, just minutes from the station and not far from the port. You're close to all the action but in a relatively quiet spot. We got a friendly welcome, quick answers to our questions, a very clean place and a modern bathroom with an excellent shower. The only issue was how thin the partition walls are. You can hear everything if the neighbours are noisy. Luckily, the other guests seemed aware of it and kept things quiet at night. We didn't mind, since peace and quiet isn't really why you come to Napoli. Otherwise, it would be a five out of five, and I'd recommend it anyway.

My flight was delayed, so I arrived late for check-in, but nobody was there to let me in. The hotel workers had gone home, and I waited two hours for a response. The person in charge didn't answer my calls, so I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Lousy service. Please avoid this hotel.

The terrace was lovely, the place was very clean, and the hostess was nice. Close to centro historico.
