B&B Paradise

The room was comfortable and clean, with everything needed for a stay. Getting to the meeting point for excursions took an easy five-minute walk, and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops close by. I'm grateful to the staff for being welcoming and attentive to questions and requests. They were responsive, accommodating, patient and responsible. Thanks for having me. I'll definitely book here again when I come to Naples, and I recommend it to friends and colleagues.

The receptionist got in touch before check-in and explained how to enter the property, which I appreciated. But the lift was out of order, so I had to haul my luggage up to the fifth floor. The pillow wasn't comfortable, the mattress was very soft, and the shower temperature kept changing. I had booked two nights, but honestly didn't want to stay the second one. In the morning, noise from people outside and inside carried into the room.

Good value for money, and the rooms are clean and cosy. There's no one physically at reception, but the cleaning and linen arrangements are handled remotely and remarkably well. Being right opposite Naples main train station is a big help.

The worst hotel experience of our whole Europe trip. The location felt sketchy and was hard to find. Some intimidating people were around the entrance, and just getting into the hotel felt scary. I wouldn't recommend it for families. The ceiling leaked badly enough to soak our entire bed, and we couldn't sleep all night. The maintenance was pathetic. The photos below show it. DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES. THEY'RE FAKE.
