Really happy with this hotel. It’s modern, well equipped, and very clean, and the service was great. The owner was very kind and did his best to help me get into my room after I arrived in Napoli. I’d give it 10/10, and I’m sure it’s one of the best places to stay in Napoli.

We arrived in the evening and couldn’t get into the hotel, so we spent the night on the street. The next day we were given a room at a basic hotel, but there was no apology and no refund. The owner gave several strange explanations and says he was also scammed by criminals. I can’t rule that out, but parts of his story contradict each other and didn’t seem realistic to me. We got scammed. Book here if you’re brave enough and want to find out for yourself. Update: they tried to have this honest review removed.

For the price, it’s a decent place, with Naples Central Station just next door and plenty of shops, cafes, and transport options close by. The room had the basics and more, including a kettle, tea, toiletries, air conditioning, a safe, and a hairdryer. It was small but comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Sergio was especially friendly. Room 2 could use a better clean, and the soundproofing wasn’t great. The shower was the biggest problem: every few minutes the water swung from very hot to freezing, with almost no way to control it. I hope they can fix that. A coffee machine in the room, or at least somewhere to use one, would be a nice touch in Italy 😊

The room was spotless and comfortable, and I didn’t hear street noise because it faced the inner side of the building. There was a small balcony, and the tap water is drinkable. The self-service entrance caused no problems, partly because the owner was so helpful. There’s a covered parking garage directly across the road, which was handy. The place is on the fourth floor, right opposite the train station. The central neighborhood felt rather unsafe, and I was honestly hesitant to leave my car parked on the street.
