Umberto and Roberto were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful hosts. Their historic palazzo has grand, high-ceilinged rooms full of character, right in the heart of vibrant Naples. It’s perfectly placed for exploring the city on foot, and we can’t wait to return.

Our stay was short, but we had a lovely time. Umberto and Roberto were brilliant hosts, and Umberto gave us a map plus ideas for places to visit and eat, which was especially helpful in a busy city like Naples. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including cakes, rolls, cheese, ham, and yogurt. We booked a suite with a balcony, and the rooms were great. One bathroom light didn’t work, though, and the shower in the other bathroom was handheld. The location is ideal for exploring, with the main sights a 10-30 minute walk away. We also went to pompeii, about an hour away on the metro. It’s a must stay if you want a reasonably priced place in the heart of the city. We’d definitely stay again.

Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites was a lovely base in Napoli. Our rooms were roomy and cleaned every day, and suited a family or group of friends well. Breakfast had a tasty spread of bread, cheese, cold meats, pastries, cereal, and yoghurt, with something for everyone. We could easily get to the water, the old city, and the castle on foot, and everything was accessible from the suites. The best part was how Umberto and Roberto looked after us. Each day they shared information about places to explore and eat, and made sure taxis were booked when needed. Their hospitality made our time in Napoli really memorable.

The rooms were roomy and very comfortable, and Umberto and Roberto gave us outstanding attention. The location works especially well if you're fine walking through the Spanish quarter's busy, narrow streets. Highly recommend it.

We spent four nights at Spaccanapoli Comfort Suites and would love to come back soon. The rooms are huge, breakfast is included, and the location is excellent. Umberto and Roberto were wonderful hosts, with loads of knowledge about the city they love.
