The staff were warm and professional, taking time to explain everything clearly and kindly. We felt comfortable straight away, and the location made it easy to go out and explore from morning until late at night without any stress. We had the perfect first trip to Naples and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting for the first time!

The room was very nice and the price was amazing. We could walk to lots of attractions, and the Subway stations were very close. A few days before our trip, the property managers sent clear directions for the elevator, entrance, and room. They met us there to help us get settled, then checked in by text a few times to see if everything was okay and whether we needed anything. We’d absolutely stay again.

The boat tour they organize was a lovely time, fun and well organized. The welcome was warm and professional, and the room was spotless and comfortable, so I felt at ease right away. Altoledo Napoli is in a super central spot, which made exploring the city easy. The place is run with care and attention to detail. Absolutely perfect stay, only compliments. I’ll definitely come back. Bravo!

The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the place felt safe and secure. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very clean, with a great view. Amazing service, and the best hotel I’ve experienced in Europe.

The location is right in the middle of Naples’ main street, with shops, cafés, and restaurants all around. Yet inside it was completely quiet and peaceful because of the soundproof windows. Our room at Altoledo Rooms & Suites was spotless, cosy, and had a really comfortable bed. The host welcomed us in person, gave us brilliant tips on where to eat and drink, and was always just a message away, usually replying within minutes. He went out of his way to help. One day we asked about a Chromecast for a lazy Netflix day, and by the next day he’d set one up on the TV. So thoughtful. Great hospitality, location, and accommodation. 100% recommend!
