The location is handy for all kinds of public transport, with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, communication was easy, and they provided free maps. The wi-fi was free and good quality. The window looked out at another building's windows, and the bathroom was very, very small. Hot water was sometimes lacking, and sometimes there wasn't enough gas for the kitchen.

The rooms were spotless, breakfast was good, and the welcome and help were impeccable. There were no downsides for us. The metro is very close, and Via Toledo is either a pleasant 25-minute walk away or just two stops by metro. Highly recommended.

We really appreciated how warm and kind Francesco was. The room was comfortable and everything was clean, and the pear cake at breakfast was excellent. It’s in a handy spot too. Thanks so much, Francesco, we’d gladly recommend this B&B.

From here, Piazza Dante and the historic center are an easy 10-minute walk, and Materdei metro station is only steps away. Francesco was welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even better. The B&B was comfortable and clean. I’d definitely recommend it.
