The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. They even provided complimentary water, a thoughtful touch. The place is within easy walking distance of the main tourist spots and right by the train station, which made day trips simple. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the modern, luxurious rooms made a cool contrast with the beautiful historic building. The bathroom was a highlight too, very well equipped and high end. We had an incredible stay at Naples Central Stay.

The host was attentive from arrival through the rest of our stay, and always ready to help if we needed anything. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was exceptionally clean. A couple of things are worth knowing: there isn't an elevator, just a flight of quite high stairs, which could be difficult with big suitcases, a stroller, or limited mobility. The street is also poorly lit and can feel unsafe at night. Think about those details if you have lots of luggage or expect to arrive late.

Everything worked perfectly in the new room, and it was all very clean. A fantastic stay, I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back when I'm in Naples again.

The rooms are modern and nice for three people, with large bathrooms and air conditioning. The location is excellent too. It's a shame there are three flights of stairs and no lift.

The rooms were nice and, above all, clean! The location was okay, though it felt a little dangerous.
