Quiet, clean, and a great price.

The location made it easy to explore, and the staff were attentive to every detail throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning was a plus, and everything was spotless and well cared for. From arrival through departure, it was all excellent. I'll definitely come back to 211 Corso.

We stayed five days in the Vintage room. Before leaving, I agreed with the owner that we could leave our luggage in the lobby and keep our key set, since she had another one. She said we could put the keys in a lobby drawer when we came back for our bags that afternoon. Of course, we understood we couldn't go back into the room, as it was booked for other guests. On departure morning I messaged to confirm, and she replied, “It's fine.” A few hours later, though, she kept calling and accused me on the phone of having taken the keys. She was very heated, raised her voice, wouldn't let me explain, and ended the call rudely. She had forgotten what we'd agreed, and acted as if she was right despite the evidence. It was only sorted out once she got another set of keys. The whole way she handled it was unpleasant and inexcusable. If she couldn't manage a simple request to store our luggage, she could have just said no from the start. It's a shame, because the B&B is well located in Naples, but the owner's behavior was unprofessional.

The area is noisy from early morning, with scooters racing past the windows and making a good night's sleep impossible. Getting there is awkward too: you have to walk up a long, steep hill, since the heavy traffic means driving would take even longer. The welcome wasn't pleasant. The owner was rude and unhelpful, and didn't seem suited to hospitality. We also had trouble with the toilet. A note said to push gently, but we pressed too hard by mistake, and it flushed and then kept leaking. When I called for help, the owner scolded me for not reading the note properly and said she couldn't do anything then because she was at the gym. The pillow was so soft I couldn't sleep well, and breakfast was practically nonexistent. I stayed three nights, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend it, there are better options in Naples for location and hospitality.
