We were left waiting for a room before a wedding, and the check-in was a mess. We'd agreed on 2:00 PM, but at 2:02 the property manager was already calling repeatedly, saying he had another appointment and couldn't wait. At 2:14, we let him go, only to find the rooms still hadn't been cleaned. We had to wait until 3:30 before we could use one of the three rooms, despite the wedding being at 4. When we complained, he said, "I don't intend to continue this fleeting conversation." The rooms were only barely cleaned, and the property didn't meet expectations. We won't come back and can't recommend it.

Those high ceilings and twisting hallways gave the place a distinctive New Apostolic character, even though the furnishings were modern and it was quiet. The terrace was a highlight, with lovely lemon and orange trees creating a special atmosphere. We booked it for a Naples weekend and were glad we did. Maradona fans will love the city, and the authentic New Apostolic cuisine is world-class.

The staff were so helpful, and the location is excellent, just steps from the center. Our room was fresh and spotless. Beautiful property, we'll come back!
