Naples really is a fantastic city, and this stay was wonderful from start to finish. The rooms were lovely, as was the owner, and the woman who manages them deserves a huge thank you for being endlessly helpful. We’d brushed aside all those clichés about Naples and will definitely come back.

We had a spotless room, bathroom included, and didn’t find it noisy at all, despite having read that its spot on central Via Chiaia could be loud. The property is in a very elegant, central neighborhood, and breakfast each morning brought fresh croissants alongside jam, biscuits, milk, toast, yogurt, cereal, and even welcome Nesquik. Our four days in Naples also came with lots of useful advice. Marco was extremely kind and helpful when we first spoke by phone. Davide greeted us with coffee, then spent over an hour explaining how things work and marking what to see, where to eat, and what to try on a map. He also let us check out half an hour late. An excellent experience, highly recommended.

Davide, the owner, was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. His tips on getting around, places to eat, and things to visit were magnificent. The B&B itself is a 10+ choice for a Valentine’s weekend, right on one of Naples’ loveliest streets, Via Chiaia, near Piazza Plebiscito and Piazza dei Martiri. Our room was roomy and clean, with stylish furnishings, a lovely bathroom, and a big shower. Breakfast was magnificent too: fresh croissants every morning, plus biscuits, cereal, Nutella, jams, honey, butter, coffee, cappuccinos, juice, and yogurt. It could rival breakfast at the best 5-star hotels.

Marco was attentive and delightful, and went out of his way to help us right from the start. Medusa is in a beautiful area that made it easy to explore Naples. We loved the apartment and rooms, which felt welcoming and were meticulously maintained.
