After three intense days in Naples, we’ve just made it back to Sicily. We didn’t get to meet Maria face to face, but she looked after us from before we even arrived, checking when we’d get in and how we were traveling. During the stay she texted several times to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything 😃. Our room was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh. The kind lady who takes care of the rooms was always smiling and happy to help. If breakfast is included, leave the building, turn right, then go down the second street to find a very clean bar with friendly staff and high-quality products. The coffee is out of this world. There’s also an arrangement with a garage on the next block, which was essential for us since we drove. We left the car there for three days without any problems and felt completely at ease. The location is incredibly convenient: from the building gate, turn left and Via Toledo is only 20 meters away. It’s the BEST spot for exploring Naples on foot. We’ll see you again ❤️

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The interiors have been recently renovated and furnished with good taste. It’s on the second floor of a historic building, with an elevator, just a few meters from central Via Toledo. The only downside was the window frames: even though they’d been renovated, they didn’t block the noise from outside.

The best part was how kind the women who run the place were. They even let us leave our bags for the whole day after we checked out, completely FREE. The location is perfect too, with the entire historic center just a few minutes away on foot. And because it’s tucked inside a courtyard, it stays quiet at night even though you’re in the center.

Everything was spotless, and the rooms are all new. It’s a very comfortable place right downtown, close to all the public transport. The Neapolitans’ special kindness really comes through, and there’s free Wi-Fi. It isn’t accessible. I’ll definitely come back.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the free luggage storage on your last day is a fantastic perk. The location is amazing, right in the center, and the rooms are spotlessly clean but unpretentious.
