We had a lovely weekend here. The historic-center location is really convenient, and everything else is so well cared for: the cute room and the very clean, really nice bathroom. My only suggestion is to add a bit more to the rather meager breakfast. That would have made the stay a full 10 for me. As it is, I'd give it an 8. I recommend it highly.

The only decent part of our stay was breakfast. We were there as a family from July 3rd to 9th, and the rest was very disappointing. The room was clean when we arrived on Thursday, but it wasn't cleaned again until Monday, and then only superficially after we asked. A knife with Nutella on it stayed in the sink for six days. We also had to keep asking for cleaning and fresh sheets after six days. For a triple room, they left us two large and two small towels and seemed unaware there was a baby with us. The layout wasn't very practical either. The coffee maker was far from the outlet. There was no balcony, just a barred window that limited ventilation. We were only told about that after paying the deposit, by which point we couldn't switch rooms. The listing said “first floor,” but it was actually the second floor, with no elevator, something to consider with a stroller, young kids, or mobility problems. The worst issue was a blocked toilet and an unbearable smell. The manager took three hours to arrive. Rather than apologize or sort it out professionally, he blamed us, especially my three-year-old nephew, after finding a rag in the toilet. He had no evidence, and spoke to us in an insistent, accusatory, rude way. He came across as unhelpful, unprepared, and careless toward guests. There was no hospitality, attention, or professionalism. Naples is an extraordinary city, full of generous, welcoming people, but this place doesn't reflect that at all. I strongly advise against staying here.

The thoughtful details make this place enchanting, and the staff's kindness, courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism really set it apart. The historic center of Naples is only a few minutes away. An excellent B&B that I highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

We spent three nights here, my boyfriend and I with two other couples. The rooms have all been renovated beautifully and were in excellent shape, with a good balance of quality and price. Carmine was especially kind and helpful, starting from the time we booked a month ahead. He helped us work out how to get to the property and find our way around Naples. Each room has a breakfast box with snacks, milk, and different jams. Some snacks were a month past their date, which was a shame. It may not have been the property's fault, as you'd expect supermarket products to be in date, but it would be good to check next time. That small issue didn't change our opinion: we'd rate the place a solid 9.5/10. We'd definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Naples, and we'd happily return.

We picked this B&B for Teatro San Carlo and the Maradona Mural, just five minutes away, and ended up enjoying the nightlife in the Spanish Quarters too. The location is close to some of Naples' loveliest spots, and the place itself was delightful, clean, and well looked after. Breakfast had plenty of variety and good-quality products. What made the biggest difference was how much care Carmine puts into running it. He's very kind and made us feel right at home. We recommended the place to friends in Florence, and they had just as much fun as we did. Would I recommend it? Definitely yes!
