We slept surprisingly well once the shutters were closed, the room stayed quiet at night. It was clean and pleasant, and the service was great. Breakfast comes from the bar and café downstairs, with really good coffee and food. A handy base for seeing Naples.

Right in the Spanish Quarters, the place has high ceilings, clean rooms, and big beds. The WiFi can be unreliable. There’s an elevator, though it costs 10 cents, useful if you’re carrying heavy bags. It’s Naples, after all.

Freddy was great, and when we told them the shower head in room 6 was broken, it was replaced the next day. We were on the 3rd floor after booking through Booking.com with my partner. The room was spotless, with towels, shampoo, and conditioner, plus excellent air conditioning. The espresso machine was excellent too, and we liked the coffee and tea they left. There were 2 liters of very cold water in the fridge. The mattress sagged, and the bed felt low to me, so I’d give it 7 out of 10. The elevator holds up to 4 people, and Galeria Emmanuel Vittorio is 3 blocks away.
