The location was convenient, only steps from Via Toledo, and breakfast at the little café 50 meters away came with a very good coffee and croissant. We also ate at the owner's restaurant and pizzeria two streets over on our last night, and had a really good time. The pizza was excellent and well priced, and his mother was very kind. If a few things were fixed, the B&B could be fine, but right now I wouldn't recommend it highly enough. It's a matter of personal taste, and I would definitely return to Naples. Still, the stay didn't meet expectations, and the value for money could be better. Some amenities mentioned in the booking weren't there: just a kettle, sugar sachets and two cups with sticker glue on them. The room was small, with a French bed, wardrobe and little bathroom; there was a dirty cleaning sponge on the cabinet. The TV had no signal, the phone had no reception, and Wi-Fi didn't work. We were given an access code for both the B&B entrance and our room, but the key provided to open the door was faulty. The corridor leading to the stairs had a motor, and cleanliness there wasn't great. In the room, the shower head was broken and fell to the floor, there was nowhere to put things in the shower, the towel rack was broken, and the window wouldn't close properly, letting in a lot of noise. There was no chair or coat hanger, and I think a mini fridge would help. When we phoned the owner to ask for information, he told us to message on WhatsApp, but we waited 3/4 hours for a reply.

Andrea's attention to hospitality showed in the little details, and he was always around with suggestions for places to eat and itineraries. The rooms were tastefully furnished, extremely clean and had the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. We found the B&B well placed for reaching the main attractions on foot. From the moment we arrived, Andrea greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel at home. I was completely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it. We'll definitely come back!

Shops and restaurants are close by, and the place is handy for getting around Naples while staying centrally. Andrea runs the B&B and is helpful, kind and very professional. It's in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, just steps from Via Toledo and the Maradona mural. He goes out of his way to advise and help guests. If we return to Naples, we'll stay here again. Highly recommend!

I had a negative experience. The rooms aren't anything special, and the Spanish Quarters have dozens of better choices. The women who live there play music loudly at bedtime, even after 10 PM, so the rooms aren't quiet. Having Neapolitan music blaring into the rooms is unpleasant, and they disturb the whole neighborhood without caring about anyone else. For a peaceful vacation, I'd look somewhere else.

The noisy neighborhood can bother you a little at night, but it was wonderful to have all those amenities within a minute's walk. Right in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, the location is excellent. The owner was very helpful whenever minor issues came up. The rooms were nice and reasonably clean. WILL RETURN...
