Bed and Breakfast Casa Aragonese

It was quiet at night and well placed for visiting churches and historic monuments. Diego welcomed us right away even though we arrived early. The mattress was new, but too hard for my back, so Diego quickly brought a more suitable one. Thanks to all the helpful, kind staff.

The central location is very convenient, but I can’t recommend the place. We had two reservations and ended up in a room with a queen-size bed, though we were supposed to sleep two. The bed barely fit, the bathroom was outside the room, and there were no radiators, so it was very cold. They said they would have notified us, but it’s still unclear who was supposed to do that. Since you pay in advance, you’re left to make do if you don’t like the accommodation. Check-in was imprecise too, and we had to remind them about the deposit. Very expensive for what it is.

Just steps from Piazza Plebiscito, the location is super convenient. The rooms were spotless and really comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful.

I felt really uncomfortable here. The host threatened to cancel our reservation after we complained about an incident involving the room we’d booked. You shouldn’t do that, especially after taking full payment when there was no option to cancel. The next day, trying to make it up to them was pointless. You have to be accommodating when people need it. The price was exorbitant for what we got, with no coffee, water, or shower gel.
