I'm late writing this because I couldn't find words good enough for the first Airbnb in Naples. Massimo was an exemplary host, and 🌹Fabiana🌹, his assistant, was wonderful. They were willing to do anything for you. In the mornings, they'd serve whatever coffee or tea you wanted, along with a lovely spread on the table. They also helped us figure out places to visit and how to use the buses. The rooms were tidied every day. Once, while I was out sightseeing, Massimo sent me a photo of my laundry on the floor and asked if I wanted him to wash it. I said yes, and it was washed by the time I got back. I can't say enough about the hospitality at B&B Morelli Napoli. My Italian instructor recommended it, and I've passed the recommendation on to others. I'd happily recommend it.

The room was in a separate building, but it was lovely, with a beautiful bathroom, AC, and a little balcony. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and generous, especially the tasty cappuccino and amazing homemade cakes. It's close to lots of shops and pretty much everything. We had a great stay and hope to come back.

The room was fine, and the price was fairly low. Breakfast was good for what we paid. The service was the problem. Staff could be really rude, and I felt as though my paying to stay there was an inconvenience to them. When I returned to collect my bags, they wouldn't even let me use the shared toilet. I left with a bad feeling.

The maps they provide are really useful, especially since you need to know where you’re headed for the walk into the city centre. It’s an easy enough distance on foot, and the planned Metro lines should make getting around even better once they’re built. I was pointed here by good friends, and I’d make it my first choice on another Naples visit. Friendly, efficient service and wonderful breakfasts.

It’s in a peaceful area near Naples city centre, with comfortable rooms, so I’d happily stay again. The drawback was having no lift, which could be awkward with heavy bags.
