I made the late check-in request when I booked, about a month ahead. The day before I was due to arrive, after the cancellation deadline, Francesco contacted me to say they couldn’t accommodate it. He then said I wouldn’t be able to stay at all and wouldn’t get any money back for the nights I’d booked. Other negative reviews suggest this may be a recurring tactic, and mention similar treatment when guests arrive late. Be warned. Naples has plenty of nice places to stay, so there’s no reason to take the risk here.

Francesco was especially helpful, offering tips for our trip and lending a hand when we needed it. The B&B is right in the city center, just steps from the metro. Our medium-sized room was more than big enough, had its own bathroom and a great city view, and was cleaned daily. The Wi-Fi was fast and steady, better than at the other hotels we stayed in Italy.

Francesco is a fantastic host and gave us great tips for making the most of our time in Napoli. The place is just a few steps from the Metro, too. Can’t wait to come back next summer with my family!

Francesco was so kind and easy to reach. He messaged us every day and was always around for questions or advice. The rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were good. They were also very clean. Bellorizzonte is in a central, safe spot next to Universita metro station, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We highly recommend it. Thanks, Francesco!

Bellorizzonte is easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Our room was clean and nice, and Francesco was kind and helpful throughout. He checked in to see how we were doing and knew just where to point us for places to visit in Naples. We’d highly recommend staying here.
