The room itself wasn’t bad, but there was no closet, and we found hair in the bed. The bathroom had no window, the shower was completely open so water spilled out while we used it, and there wasn’t even a cloth to dry the floor. Cleaning the room or getting fresh sheets and towels cost an extra 20 Euro. The B&B was dirty as soon as you walked in, and there was no light. It’s awkward with suitcases or strollers: there’s no elevator, just narrow stairs all the way up. I don’t recommend it.

For the price, this was a cozy B&B with comfortable beds, effective air-conditioning in every room, and a fridge stocked with a good choice of breakfast and snack items. The balcony was a big plus. The bathrooms were generally clean, though anyone who looks closely for spots might find some. We had a good experience and nothing negative to report, despite the mixed reviews. Casa Latina is on a quieter street but still right in the center, so street noise at night shouldn’t be an issue. You will hear other guests coming and going, though, so bring earplugs or be a sound sleeper. Communication was brief before our trip: after the automated confirmation emails, we didn’t hear from the hosts until we arrived in Naples. After that, everything was smooth and friendly. A message about a week before arrival might be helpful.

Beautiful rooms and a comfortable bed in a central spot. A great B&B for a stay in Napels, nothing to complain about!

The place itself was good, but the internet was poor and the tiny shower leaked. The owner called, threatened, and shouted. I wouldn’t recommend it.
