There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel is right across from Naples train station, which makes the location very convenient. The bathroom cleanliness needs work, though, and the shower is so small it was uncomfortable to use. It's on the 4th floor, served by a very old, small elevator. The facilities could use some improvements.

Clean, nice rooms and friendly staff, plus tasty breakfasts. It's close to the train station and metro. I'd recommend it!

The staff were very helpful with our requests and cleaned the room every day, and the central location made this B&B easy to recommend. We stayed for a week around New Year's Eve. The room itself wasn't the best: the mini-bar was mentioned but didn't work, and the bathroom, though clean, had clear signs of age. The shower doors were so narrow that getting in was difficult.

The location is as advertised, and that's the only good thing. I arrived late at night on 31/12/25 and found dirty walls, a broken mini-fridge cabinet, no glasses or cups, and a rusty, pointed piece of iron in the shower. The toilet flush button was completely dismantled. I had also paid for breakfast, but it wasn't available. They compensated me by waiving the tax. The owner didn't respond to the more serious problems in the room. Given the run-down area, the room wasn't worth 60/70€, yet it cost 120€. Avoid it if you can.
