The staff were warm and helpful, and the rooms were clean. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and being able to store our luggage was handy. The location made it easy to walk to lots of sights and activities. I'd stay again next time I'm in Napoli.

We had a wonderful time, especially loved being right in the middle of the city. Breakfast was the best, fresh and delicious.

The general manager did everything possible to help us, and let us check in early after our overnight train from Turin. That was a huge help. The rooms were clean and spacious, and local bars are literally a stone's throw away in an area that's really coming up. I'd recommend this over any hotel in Naples.

Under the new management, this lovely boutique hotel was ruined. The bathrooms smelled foul, and breakfast had plastic cheese. On our last day, the power was cut and we were told to leave our doors open. Nobody helped us down the dark stairs with our luggage. Staff walked past with their heads down while we struggled. Being locked inside the building felt incredibly unsafe. When we shouted, he said maybe the keys would get us out.

The rooms are very modern, and the location is excellent, close to restaurants and shops. A great boutique-style hotel.
