The staff were incredibly kind and upbeat, and breakfast was really nice, with a great view. I was a little concerned when I booked because I couldn’t find other more popular hotels, but this place exceeded every expectation. It has a welcoming, service-minded community feel, in a small, intimate floor of a classy, lovely building right in central Naples. I’d love to return.

We couldn’t get proper rest on vacation, and it was incredibly disappointing. Several times we were woken at 6 AM by staff making noise outside. We told reception, but nothing changed. The room was extremely noisy, with a large gap under the door that let in everything from the breakfast and common area. Staff sat chatting and watching videos at loud volume, so the disturbance was constant. The bed was small and uncomfortable, really a sofa bed rather than a proper bed. The experience didn’t meet our expectations, and we hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Super clean, with great views and really nice staff. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Would highly recommend.

After a busy week around the region, our two nights at Poetica were exactly the relaxing break we needed. The location is great, the staff were all welcoming and friendly, and nearby metro links make it easy to get around Naples. A lovely place to unwind. We’d definitely go back!

Martina and Antonio were amazing, making us feel like part of their family. We had a wonderful stay, with beautiful, clean rooms and a modern feel. The rooftop has a lovely view across Naples, and the location is phenomenal. This will definitely be my home away from home in Naples.
