I paid €225 for two nights, and the room was basically a cubicle. There weren’t any window shades, even in the bathroom, and not even a coffee pod. It’s advertised as a B&B, but where I stayed was actually a guesthouse. Avoid!

The location was great, close to Via Toledo and Piazza del Plebiscito, but the room experience let us down. One of the two shutters was broken, so light came in at night. The hot tub was very dirty when we found it on the first day. They cleaned it when I asked, but we didn’t use it again because there was no hot water. Over our three-night stay, the room was never cleaned and the towels weren’t changed. Hot water took a few minutes to come through, and sometimes it never came at all, so we ended up taking cold showers. Such a shame.

Our reservation was cancelled three days before we were due to arrive. That caused a lot of trouble, since finding a place for four people in Naples over the April 25th long weekend was impossible.
