Bed&Breakfast Skyhouse Chiaia

I loved the artwork and the stylish look inside this little B&B. The rooms are airy and roomy, with lovely decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the host was kind and helpful. It's also well placed for shops and local sights.

The stairs gave us a decent workout on the way up, though there is a lift if you'd rather take it. Once inside, the rooms are clean, with high ceilings and a great shower tucked behind a mirrored door. Breakfast was nice in a pleasant setting, mostly sweet choices, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You're in a lively shopping street with plenty of good places to eat nearby, close to the shore and some sightseeing spots.

I had paid in advance by credit card for a reservation on 30th of june 23, but when I got to the hotel, there was nobody available. I called the number I had been given and rang the front desk bell several times, without getting any response. With no way to get in, I had to find another hotel and pay extra, which left me stressed and upset. I believe I should receive a full refund for the reservation. Please also look into what happened so another guest doesn't face the same situation. I hope this was an unusual incident, and would appreciate prompt attention to it.

A lovely find. The staff were great, the breakfast was good, and the hotel felt modern while still being part of an old building. The location was wonderful, service was great, and it was excellent value.
