Bed&Breakfast Skyhouse Beverello

The B&B is a quick walk from Municipio metro station, with good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It took us no time to find the sign among the others in the building. The port is across the street, about a four-minute walk away, and you can catch the AliBus there to the airport. The owners were very friendly. We mostly dealt with Enzo, who seemed keen to meet our needs, share recommendations, and serve a delicious breakfast. He didn’t really speak English, but we managed to understand each other. During the weekday, the elevator needed a 5 cent coin, and Enzo was happy to provide one. Keep that in mind when you arrive. Our rooms had a nice view of the port, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, plenty of space, and comfortable double beds. The stylish furniture was nice too, though the rooms felt a little cold in January. We found that putting the A/C units on heating mode a few hours before bed was enough. One unit was a bit noisy, but only a minor complaint. We saw some renovation work getting started on our last day, so the rooms may look even better later. We were very happy with the stay and had an amazing time in Napoli.

The neighborhood felt pretty sketchy, but the hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and high-tech. Breakfast was offered from 8-9:30am, though we hadn’t planned to eat. When we came out of our room at 9:50am, the owners had actually waited for us. They served us a delicious breakfast and were very kind.

Inside, it’s a fantastic modern apartment, which was a real surprise from the outside. The owner picked us up at the airport for 25 notes. He didn’t speak any English, but we managed. The location is great for the port and onward travel to Sorrento, with the port literally across the road. Breakfast was decent too. I’d thoroughly recommend it, especially for the price we paid.

The view of the port from our hotel room was excellent, and the service was really friendly. The only small disappointment was the noise from the road below, with car and scooter horns going off. Otherwise, it’s a great spot for reaching the main sights in this area.
