The location put us right in the heart of Naples, about a 10-minute walk from most major attractions. Luka made the B&B feel like an experience instead of just somewhere to sleep. He was kind and quick to respond from the first day, helped with our luggage, and recommended local places to eat that turned out to be great. He also helped with ad-hoc issues and gave us useful advice for exploring Naples. Thanks for the warm welcome, Luka. We’ll definitely be back! Best wishes, Mykola and Tetiana

B&B Filangieri is a real gem in the heart of Napoli. Luca was thoughtful and attentive, and kept going out of his way to make us feel welcome. We had a clean, quiet, spacious room in an elegant, well-maintained building in Chiaia. Shops, cafes, and the seafront were easy to reach, with Piazza dei Martiri and public transport just a short walk away. Wi-Fi, air con, and hot water all worked as expected. The host was responsive and check-in went smoothly. I'd happily stay again.

The rooms were spotless and the location was perfect. Luca got in touch before our trip on Whatsapp with all the information we needed, plus extra help. He communicated well, was flexible, available any time, and happy to assist. On arrival he gave us useful advice on places to visit and eat. Free water and coffee coupons for the cafe oppostie were thoughtful touches. I highly recommend the Filangieri and the area. I'm glad we stayed here instead of near the station.

This is a small family-run B&B close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the Metro. There's plenty of lively nightlife, so it can get a little noisy at night. If you like being near the buzz of Napoli, you'll enjoy it. Luci, one of the 3 brothers who own the place, speaks really good English and couldn't have been more helpful.
