I wouldn't recommend this place, especially to families. The apartment was nothing like its description, and the area felt unsafe. Cleanliness was almost nonexistent: parking and sheets cost extra, the pillows and mattresses were dirty, the shower was run-down, and a sewer smell lingered throughout. One star is already generous.

Inside, the apartment is fully renovated, modern, spotlessly clean, and carefully looked after. It has everything from a dishwasher and a coffee machine with assorted pods to air conditioning, two bathrooms, and plenty of bathroom supplies. The host was courteous and helpful too. Its exterior can be misleading: the historic building looks run-down from outside, but has a lot of history once you step in. The location is right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, near Via Toledo and the center of town. Highly recommended.
