We won't be coming back. It looks great online, but we ran into problems once we arrived. The rooms weren't in the best shape, the water flow varied and sometimes came out hot, sometimes cold, and the bathroom had a musty smell. For hours we couldn't reach the service or emergency line by phone or message. They didn't call back, and the person was impolite. Breakfast wasn't ready at 8 as advertised, the man only started preparing it at 8:15. Sleeping beside coat or towel racks that weren't fixed in place didn't appeal to me either. I can't recommend this place.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean and new, with cleaning every day. Breakfast was good too. It's a convenient base near the old centre, about 15 minutes on foot from the central station and 20 minutes from the port.

When booking, I accidentally chose 15Feb to 19Feb instead of 15Mars to 19Mars. The hotel wouldn't cancel the reservation and asked for a much higher rate to change the dates than the rate shown on booking.

Clean rooms, a good location, and easy self check-in. The apartments were great. Recommended!
