We had a really nice room for four when we travelled as a family, with a lovely view of Galleria Umberto from the room. The staff were friendly, though they only speak Italian. A very nice place to stay.

The location was perfect, and the balcony had a nice view. The room itself could use an update. Getting in takes five keys, which I suppose is meant for safety.

Right off Via Toledo, this place is in a fantastic spot, and the street seems especially busy on weekends. I was surprised that my room looked into the atrium, since the other rooms and reviews show views of the galleria. The two-level room was roomy, with a little kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and dining table downstairs. Upstairs there was another bed, two small sofas, and a second bathroom. The shower was in the main bathroom. It could sleep four to six, but there was just one shower and the hot water ran out quickly. Getting everyone ready in the morning could take a while. The beds were more comfortable than I expected, and everything worked, though the workmanship and materials felt poor, like the job may have been done by a handyman rather than a professional. You have to pay to exchange towels, and there was no soap or shampoo, so I bought some at the market.

Pietro, the owner, was so kind and helpful. The place is right in the middle of Naples, close to all the sights. There was free coffee and water, and breakfast at the Umberto Gallery. It had everything I needed in the city, and I'd definitely come back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved staying here on our recent trip, and I highly recommend it. You're right in the heart of Naples, with shops, restaurants, pastry places, boutiques, and gelato just steps away. The cobbled streets and beautiful shops are a treat, and the famous bay and the renaissance are only a few blocks away. Our room was very clean, with its own bathroom. The windows opened onto a galleria and gave us a breathtaking view. The owners were friendly and happy to help with requests. It's also near the port and the ocean, and you can walk from the hotel to catch a ferry to the Italian islands. Capri was our favorite! This place made our Naples trip feel complete, and we'll definitely return.
