Francesco was a fantastic host, and the room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. There was some traffic noise, but the room was generally well insulated. There's also a kitchen and lounge if you want to spend time outside your room. The location is hard to beat, close to the station and an easy walk to some excellent restaurants and bars. Fab city hotel.

The price was great, the rooms were large, and reception was really nice. But both pillows smelled like vomit so badly that we felt close to throwing up. They need to be replaced. We had to wrap them in bath towels just to sleep. The hot shower water also kept cutting out every 5 minutes. Everything else was very good, but that pillow smell is why I gave it 3 stars.

Being able to walk around the historic center and reach great pizzerias like Da Michele and Sorbillo made exploring easy. The B&B is also well placed for train connections from the main station to Milan, Florence, Rome, Sorrento, and Pompei. Our room was really clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. We had a really enjoyable stay at Pit Stop Napoli Centrale and will use it again when we're back in Naples for more exploring. Thank you :)
