It feels more like a corridor with a few rooms than a hotel. The neighborhood is nice, the train is close, and most attractions are within easy reach. Breakfast was disappointing, with few choices and nothing that seemed fresh. The beds were hard and the pillows so flat they were uncomfortable. Our shower leaked onto the floor every time, and the toilet lid was broken. The rooms are up five flights of stairs. There is an elevator, but it wasn't working on our first day. We paid $732 for the “superior” room for 4 nights, and I think you can find something better for about the same price. I wouldn't book again. After I first posted this review, the hotel sent me several pointed messages on WhatsApp. I stand by my personal opinion. Everyone is entitled to their own view, and that's what a review is.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and nice. The decor is a little dated, but nothing looked shabby or broken. A newer hair dryer would've been nice, though it wasn't a big deal. It's a room-only hotel, but you can request breakfast to be brought to your room. The hotel is on the 4th floor, with a two-person lift or stairs. The location is fab, right by a deco market and only 2 minutes from the train station. We could walk into the center in 15 minutes, and the area felt nice and safe, around the corner from many of the more expensive shops.

The hotel is in a pleasant part of Naples and close to the metro. Taking the funiculare up is well worth it, it feels like a different town up there, and €1.30 each way is a great price. My one gripe was the lack of tea or coffee in the room. Drinks are available at reception, but it shuts at 8pm, so that doesn't help if you want something hot before bed.

The staff were so caring and supportive during my stay, which I really appreciated. My room was small, but cozy and clean. The hotel is in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood with lots of shops close by. You can walk to the historic center in 30-40 minutes, or take the metro for one stop. Thanks for the hospitality, I'd happily recommend it.

Dulaj at reception was so helpful and nice. We loved staying here, especially the charming rooms and the gorgeous view from the window.
