The room at Bh Railway Napoli was modern and spacious, and the location was ideal, just a few minutes from the train and bus station with lots of shops around. The check-in steps were explained clearly. We had an amazing holiday and I'd highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly, and the place was very spacious and clean. I felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood at night, when there was hardly anyone outside. I don't understand the comments from people who said it felt unsafe. This is a central train station area, like you'd find at major stations around Europe. Hamburg or Paris Nord can be much worse.

Stefano was a great help and did a good job with customer service. He can assist in several languages. Thanks for helping out!

The room smelled damp and moldy, and the AC was leaking. The building was old and run-down, and the surroundings didn't feel safe. It's unhealthy, unsafe, and overpriced. You'd be better off looking somewhere else.

Very clean and spacious, with friendly staff. Luca did an amazing job! I'd highly recommend it, and it's budget-friendly too.
