We were put in a top floor room where the water tank noise was clear enough to disturb our sleep. When we asked the front desk to move us, they said the hotel was full that day and we would have to wait until the next day. While we were changing rooms the next day, the staff member helping with our bags said the noise problem had “been going on for a while.” That left us wondering why guests were still being assigned that room if the hotel knew about it. My booking name clearly showed my country or cultural background. I also found myself wondering whether that had anything to do with the original room assignment, or whether it was simply a thoughtless oversight.

The pool was a nice extra, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It's a lovely hotel right in the heart of Naples, and we had a nice stay. The room was pleasant, though the price felt a little high for what we got.

It felt like a quiet oasis in the historic center. Our room was basic and a bit small, but the rooftop terrace right outside made that less of an issue. Breakfast was good, the staff were accommodating, and the small pool was welcome after a hot day of sightseeing. Most sights are walkable, with metro and bus stops nearby too. The hotel can call a taxi if you'd rather take one.

We stayed here at the end of a two-week trip, and it was our favorite hotel. The garden and pool gave us a much-needed place to rest, and I'd highly recommend an Aperol spritz by the pool. Tucked back from the street, the hotel was extremely quiet but still close to bars, restaurants, museums, and shopping. The decor was delightful, a fun mix of traditional and modern that my husband called “very funky cool.” Our room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Vincenzo at the front desk went above and beyond to help us, and I'm so grateful. I'm already planning another stay at Constantinopoli 104. Thank you, we'll definitely be back in Naples!

I paid 400 dollars for a run-down room with no hot water, peeling paint, and an uncomfortable bed. The rooms are extremely worn out, as the photos show. The reviews and hotel rating gave a misleading impression. Apart from its location, this felt like a 2-star hotel at most, and the price was far too high for what you get. I wouldn't recommend it.
