The room was nice, in a lively area with shops and places to eat nearby. The train station isn't a long walk away, and breakfast was good without much of a wait. Check all your WhatsApp messages, since the directions for getting to the room may arrive in separate parts.

Yassine is the man. He was a huge help and did a great job. The hotel is clean, and you can count on him. Great concierge, and the place is very close to the city center.

Great location, very clean and secure, with good sound isolation. We checked in after 23:00 and still got really good support. Yussin from the staff was especially kind and friendly with customers. Service and breakfasts were amazing, and we felt very well looked after. For what you get, it's very reasonable for the money. I'd definitely recommend this place and its service.

We really enjoyed the weekend here. The place was in very good condition and decorated nicely, though we wished there'd been a mini fridge in the room. It's close to Naples' main station. The area was the one part I didn't like, especially at night. I didn't feel safe going for a walk, so we avoided leaving the room after 8pm.
