AllYouCanTrip - La Nova

For our short family stay in Naples, this was perfect for all six of us. The digital key system worked really well, and Marco answered our needs quickly. I’d left a coat in the room after checking out, and he was very accommodating about helping me get it back.

The location is excellent and the welcome was discreet. There’s no reception, as with many places, but the phone needs to be answered promptly so guests aren’t left waiting and stressed. Even the tourist tax money had been left in a wastebasket. A mixed bag in some ways, but the stay was pleasant overall.

We learned the hard way. We cancelled through Booking.com and booked directly with them on WhatsApp, under the same conditions and for the same price. We were supposed to send the full amount the day before leaving. Luckily, they at least called to say they’d sold the room we were meant to stay in. A terrible experience, our weekend was ruined just one day before departure. Strongly not recommended.

The hotel sits in a really good spot between the Spanish Quarter and the historic center. My room was flawless, very modern and clean, with impeccable towels and bedding. It had a TV, bar, tea maker, and air conditioning. The hotel also gives you complete independence. I recommend it and would definitely stay again if I return to Naples.
