We were able to keep our luggage for a few extra hours after checkout, which was very kind of the host. My daughter and I spent three nights and four days here recently. The host was prompt and clear by phone, answering all our questions and doubts right away, so even though we never met them, we didn't feel left on our own. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I haven't seen this level of security elsewhere when there is no staff physically present. The place is very central, with the main train station and Duomo metro reachable on foot, and the port a 15-minute walk away. When we first entered the neighborhood, we felt a bit out of place as two women on our own, but that feeling passed quickly. People nearby were helpful, with cafes and restaurants close by and a mini market open late. There's a guard at the gate during the day and a free lift that isn't very modern but feels completely trustworthy. I sincerely appreciate the host's kindness and support, and would highly recommend staying here in Naples.

We were very happy with Nolana 28 apartments and grateful for the care. The apartment is an easy walk from the center, with great restaurants and dining options nearby. Our room was clean and equipped in a modern way. At Cafe Napoli, breakfast included one drink and one pastry. Everything was perfect.

We spent five days here and had a great time. The rooms were very clean, cozy, and modern, and communication with the owner was excellent. The main train station is a five-minute walk away, the nearest metro station is also five minutes on foot, and the historic center is ten minutes away. Thanks for your hospitality, Nolana 28. I definitely recommend staying here.

We could walk to lots of places from here, and the central station is close too. The room was spotless and spacious, the biggest we had on our whole Italy trip. There are also a few mini marts open late, handy for grabbing water or a snack whenever. Everything was perfect. We’d happily come back.

The rooms were nice, but I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood or in the elevator. It was dirty and so old that each ride made me think it might fall. Breakfast was at an ordinary nearby cafe, where we were allowed one drink and one pastry. They tasted fine, but the cafe charged extra if we wanted more coffee or sweets, even though breakfast was part of our reservation and the hotel was responsible for it. For breakfast, I’d choose another cafe in a better area. For what I paid, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the service, the neighborhood, or the hotel’s exterior.
