Art Street Hotel

We booked through Tripmasters as a four-star stay, but getting there and entering was difficult. After staff unlocked the door, the place felt sketchy and there were no clear signs showing where to go. Once we finally got inside, the staff were great. The room was tiny, with barely enough space to get around the bed unless the door was shut. There was only a sheet, no blanket or cover, and no toilet paper holder. When I picked up the toilet paper, there was a cockroach on it. We had a nonrefundable booking but moved anyway. The neighborhood felt sketchy in daylight, and we wouldn’t go out at night. Buyer beware. Check the ratings!

The host was really kind and nice, and the location is very good. The Wi-Fi, though, didn’t work well.

Marco at the front desk made our stay at art street hotel special. His recommendations helped us discover Naples and the surrounding area comfortably and enjoyably, and his patience and hospitality meant a lot to us. It was a great choice for our vacation, with a great location and tidy, comfortable rooms. We’re grateful to Marco and won’t forget him!

Marco welcomed us from the start and made us feel at home with his friendly, attentive service. The hotel itself was great, with comfortable rooms, good equipment, and a perfect location. We’re very happy and grateful for his attention, and we’ll definitely come back. We recommend the hotel and the experience, and ask for Marco too.
