Boutique Toledo made our short two night stay in Naples amazing. My girlfriend and I found the staff professional and friendly, and our room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. It had pretty much all the comfort we could ask for. The location was perfect too, right in the center with a metro station, restaurants, and plenty of shops nearby. I strongly recommend it.

The room was very clean, and people were helpful to a point. It’s near the port and close to the city centre, but that’s about where the positives end. This is a B&B in an apartment complex, and there was no air conditioning. Sleeping was really uncomfortable, which left us tired and grumpy while we were out visiting Naples for two days. The bathroom leaked all over, so we had to spread towels on the floor and ask for extra ones every evening. They seemed to have opened recently and weren’t prepared for guests. I was glad to leave as soon as possible. I don’t know who wrote the reviews we read, but they seemed staged for business. Hopefully this helps even things out with all those supposedly excellent reviews. Not happy at all.

The rooms are on the fourth floor, and the elevator is unfriendly. The location is excellent, right on the main street and close to lots of points of interest. A good place to stay in Naples.

The receptionist was really rude. When we asked for directions, we were told to “search better.” I’d say don’t go there.

A horrible stay. The place was really dirty, and the bed was broken.
